My changelog read like a git log in a newsletter costume

My weekly changelog was just merged PR titles with a subject line bolted on top. Technically a newsletter. Nobody opens "fix: handle null case in graph loader." The fix wasn't more automation. The machine still assembles the facts, but a human gate now decides what actually mattered this week and what was just noise a robot felt obligated to report.
