Comic #21: Dark Mode

Dark mode on my site isn't a toggle bolted on at the end. It's a comic. You flip the switch and the panels react, the light drains, the whole strip acknowledges it just went dark. Most sites treat the theme as a preference to store in localStorage. This one treats it as a plot point.

Most dark-mode switches quietly swap a stylesheet and move on. Mine turned into a comic that reacts when you flip it: the light drains out of the panels and the strip acknowledges it just went dark. A preference toggle became a small piece of writing.
