Product Requirements Document
The master spec for the whole system — thesis, the eight teams, the architecture, and the honesty discipline that holds it together.
Classification Lab — Methodology
The doctoral core: the regrading-event typology, the residual lexicon, and the detector's own honest limits.
Atlas — PRD
The “extract the why” team: mining decisions and their stated rationale from the commit history, and never inferring a motive.
Compass — PRD
The only team that looks forward — and the one most strictly forbidden from predicting. An evidence board, not a recommender.
